Gibson graduated for the College
of Art of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science
and Technology in 1987. He was adjudged the best
overall student in his class and hence won the
prestigious Mobil award for excellence.
He is a professional painter
and paints extensively in water color, oil and
acrylics. Though his style is classified as representational,
he touches each painting with such imagination
and serenity of texture and color the he takes
us beyond realism.
